Tu nuevo puesto:
Como Market Access Manager serás responsable del desarrollo de las estrategias de Market Access (MA) a nível nacional. Actuando como nexo entre Brand Teams y equipos de campo (de ventas y acceso) y reportando directamente al Head of Patient, Value & Access, serás responsable de la generación de la estrategia de valor, gestión de proyectos e integración de todas las actividades relacionadas con el MA para sus productos y áreas terapéuticas (TA), en coordinación con los diferentes departamentos implicados.

Entre tus funciones y ámbitos de responsabilidad se encontrarán:

- Desarrollar una comprensión completa de la situación de MA por producto/TA: fuerzas impulsoras, perspectiva política, tendencias económicas, normativa. Así como analizar tendencias, iniciativas y escenarios de evolución por producto.
- Desarrollar, la estrategia de valor en España alineada con la estrategia de valor global y la estrategia de valor de marca. También su revisión, análisis y adaptación de forma contínua.
- Recopilar e integrar la información de MA de otros departamentos.
- Liderar el diseño e implementación de proyectos de MA a nível nacional así como analizar resultados y mejoras.
- Comprender y evaluar las necesidades de los skateholders (incluidos los pacientes), la competencia, las necesidades médicas y la situación económica por producto.
- Desarrollar la estrategia de marca con estrecha colaboración interfuncional (PM, Médico, P&R).
- Coordinación con los IFMA para ayudar a traducir la estrategia de MA en planes regionales y del equipo de ventas.
- Colaborar con los equipos regionales y de ventas para implementar proyectos y presentarlos a los pagadores/stakeholders.
- Liderar la gestión de crisis de MA a nível nacional/producto/AT y coordinar la respuesta.

Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
- Título universitario (Ciencias de la Salud). Título de posgrado (MBA o similar) es un plus.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiência de 10-15 años, al menos 5 en Acceso al Mercado (IMPRESCINDIBLE con medicamentos innovadores de alto impacto e uso hospitalario). Experiência adicional en Marketing/Ventas también se valorará positivamente
- Experiência en organizaciones complejas y matriciales y resultados contrastados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de proyectos.
- Sólida visión comercial y estratégica, comprendiendo el negocio y sus principales impulsores.
