**Responsabilidades**:
Jefe de equipo de 4 personas (experiência no obligatoria)

**Gestión integral de clientes**: atención telefónica, ofertas, pedidos, documentación, etc.

Archivo y gestión en CRM y SAP y mantenimiento del sistema

Comunicación y apoyo a otros departamentos de KLI para apoyar los objetivos globales de la empresa

Apoyo y coordinación de las tareas del departamento, según las indicaciones y organización definidas por el Responsable del Centro de Atención al Cliente.

**Gestión de Sistemas digitales**: SAP (Módulo SD), EDI, RPA, E-commerce
