Our client, a dynamic player in the luxury sector, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to spearhead their Customer Success department.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to customers and clients within the luxury property branche?

In this role, your main focus is leading the department with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and managing third party relations. Are you ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Success Lead will be:

- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs
- Drive departmental profitability by retaining existing customers and promoting various services to new clients.
- Utilize and proposing data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate team performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with third-party contractors to establish resilient and scalable partnerships
- Evolve and optimize customer contact capabilities, ensuring visibility, tracking, and evaluation of all customer-related tasks
- Foster internal stakeholder relationships with commercial and finance teams

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and People Management
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish for daily communication (At least a C1 level in both)
- Previous experience dealing with high-level clients is appreciated
- Experience working with and optimizing a CRM system
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job done
- Exceptional team player and collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
