**Responsibilities**:
- Team Lead of of 4 people (experience not mandatory)- Complete customer management: telephone service, offers, orders, documentation, etc.- Archiving and management in CRM and SAP and maintenance of the system.- Communication and support to other KLI departments to support the global objectives of the company.- Support and coordination of the department's tasks, according to the indications and organisation defined by the Customer Service Centre Manager.- Management of digital Systems: SAP (SD Module), EDI, RPA, E-commerce- Reporting- KPI’S- Automation projects- Direct Customers- Process improvements- Cooperation with the Customer Service of the Southern European region

Qualifications:
- Studies in commercial management or similar- High level of SAP (SD Module)- Office- English Proficiency- French (not mandatory)- Customer Orientation- Leadership skills- Communication, organization, decision-making and prioritization skills- Teamwork / initiative / planning
