In Salesupply we support brands and online retailers with their Customer Service online.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead for our Customer Service team in our Spanish office.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- You will support the Customer Service agents making sure they have enough knowledge on the projects and making sure the quality and SLA is good.
- The planning for the all team will be your responsibility, in order to make sure all shops/projects we work with are covered and attended
- You will prepare daily reports of the customer service department, where productivity and performance of the all team are measured, in order to spot weaknesses and points to improve
- You will report and work very close to the Head of Operations in Spain. You will also be reporting to the Quality and Projects department in the Headquarter (the Netherlands)
- Having experience as a Team Lead or a similar role within the Customer Service sector is a must
- Having knowledge on e commerce will be a big plus
- And will show strong motivation and initiative to make the Customer Service team a better one Positive vibe is important.
- Being flexible, giving example and motivating the team is our main demand; therefore, an energetic, empathic and positive person is what we look for
- Customer oriented
- The Team Lead will be working at the office in Barcelona, which is a very important demand for this role. Working from home once a week will be possible under request
- Native Spanish and a very good level of English are a must. You will often join e-meetings in English with colleagues from other countries
- Catalan is a plus

**We offer**:
Start date: February - March

Full-time contract

Salary according to the market and depending on proven experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00
- Opportunity to be part of an international company
