In line with their ambitious goals, we are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented, and experiencedInternational Customer Service Managerto elevate our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Your Role and Mission As the Manager of Customer Service, you will lead our customer service department with more than 10 people, setting the vision and strategy to provide outstanding customer experiences. This role demands a proactive approach to optimizing processes to meet and exceed our customer service objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve import and export activity and resolve customer issues swiftly is paramount.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement logistics & customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Monitor trade performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service levels. Lead, motivate, and develop customer service teams to foster a customer-centric culture within the organization. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction. Handle complex customer complaints or inquiries, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer expectations. Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to continually improve customer service delivery. Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 5 years experience in customer service management, with proven leadership in a head or manager-level role, and experience with trade issues. Strong understanding of customer service software, databases, and tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage both customer and team interactions. Strategic and analytical thinking to resolve issues and implement service improvements. Languages are Spanish and English as a must, other languages welcoming.
