**Description**:
We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors who are fluent in the Flemish language and have a good level of English, are excited by innovation and thrive on challenges to join our vibrant customer care team

**What you’ll be doing?**
- As you work, you will be using leading-edge diagnostic tools to help guide clients in solving issues.
- You will be looking to respond to our customers in a timely manner and aiming to have a first-response resolution where possible.
- You’ll be a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on our service and brand values.
- Working alongside our internal and external teams to look into and resolve customer concerns.

**Requirements**:
**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?**
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent level of written & spoken Flemish with a high level of English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
- Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
- Well-organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure

- Contract: Permanent contract (1-month probation period).
