Para nuestro cliente, una importante empresa internacional, buscamos un/a Customer Support Agent con Italiano como representante de la marca, para contribuir en la mejora continua del Departamento de Atención al Cliente/Back Office en Barcelona.

FUNCIONES
- Atención al cliente y al equipo de ventas, actuando como primer punto de contacto para información, asesoramiento y asistencia.
- Desarrollo de las propias funciones de servicio al cliente y ventas logrando altos estándares de desempeño en toda su extensión (atención telefónica, reclamaciones, resolución de dudas, comunicación por correo electrónico, carta...)
- Informar al cliente acerca de las características del producto y/o servicio solicitado.
- Ofrecer un trato eficaz, agradable y solidario a los clientes.

**- Gestionar el Order Management, incluyendo**: registro de pedidos y modificaciones, incidencias con los pedidos, facturación incorrecta, etc.
- Atender a las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes, dando soluciones o trasmitiendo la reclamación a la persona indicada paras su resolución.
- Gestionar el histórico de los clientes con toda la información disponible, manteniendo la base de datos de los clientes actualizada.
- Dar apoyo al Gerente de Operaciones cuando sea necesario.
- Dar soporte a la filial para lograr altos estándares de calidad y resultados.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua del Servicio al Cliente / Departamento de Back Office.

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
- Educación superior, ya sea grado superior, universitario o formación profesional.
- Experiência previa (mínimo 3-5 años) en el departamento de Atención al
Cliente.
- Conocimientos generales de informática
- Experiência en el uso de ERPs y CRMs

- Capacidad para comprender e identificar el impacto comercial de las decisiones
- Capacidad para organizar el tiempo de forma eficaz y hacer frente a diferentes prioridades y plazos

- Capacidad de conexión personal con interlocutores diversos

IDIOMAS
- Italiano - Nível nativo/bilingüe (hablado y escrito)
- Castellano e Inglés - Fluido
