We're looking for a **Member Success Manager** **to connect, guide and empower our members**. You'll be the bridge between our diverse community and their path to success, acting as both a **Matchmaker and Onboarding Specialist**. This job can be done from anywhere, with quarterly travel in Europe for club events and team meetings.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct in-depth interviews to understand individual needs, goals, and learning styles
- Assess the strengths and expertise of mentors, advisors, and peers within the network
- Make strategic matches based on compatibility, goals, and growth phase
- Facilitate introductions and support initial interactions between members
- Proactively recruit and welcome new members through various channels
- Guide new members through the onboarding process, answering questions and providing support
- Help members connect with mentors, advisors, and peers based on their needs and goals
- Monitor and measure the impact of your matches and onboarding efforts, making adjustments as needed
- Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to enhance the member experience
- Develop and deliver onboarding training programs to equip new members with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive

**Skills & experience**
- 3+ years of experience in matchmaking, coaching, talent management, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and assessment skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Deep understanding of the recruitment & staffing industry and its challenges
- Passion for building relationships and facilitating connections
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to member engagement
- Very good level of English (C1) and one other European language (Dutch, French or German)
