**How will your role help us transform hope into reality?**

Blueprint Medicines International team is looking for a talented Commercial Excellence and Operations Manager to support the launch of Ayvakyt in systemic mastocytosis and Blueprint’s expanding product portfolio. This role will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering the region’s Commercial Excellence and Operations across a range of topics including Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), sales data reporting and marketing activities. This position will work in close partnership with the International and Local Operating Company (LOCs) commercial teams whilst partnering with Global Information Systems (IS) colleagues.

The role requires a solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, ability to lead cross functional teams across a range of commercialization stage topics. This position will also have a focus towards a range of marketing activities including responsibility to coordinate activities across the international congress calendar and to help ensure Blueprint is able to evolve towards HCP 360 by executing the Omnichannel strategy.

The position will start as a contractor but will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee. The position will be reporting to the International Commercial Operations and Launch Excellence Director, based in Zug, Switzerland.

**What will you do?**

**CRM tasks (30%)**:

- Develop International CRM roadmap in alignment with Global IS and LOCs, and lead roadmap execution
- Assist with CRM implementation (finance & SFE topics)
- CRM deployment / readiness support to LOCs using international framework and oversight of change requests at LOC and Intl level
- Provide centralized support to LOCs on their day-to-day CRM operations and across the customer engagement platforms (e.g. CRM), incl. customer database and provide user support and training (country teams and head office users)
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to manage the CRM system to optimize efficacy, improve productivity and add value to LOC field teams
- Contribute to Global IS roadmap to identify new technologies/tools to enable improved and high-value Customer interactions at Blueprint Int’l

**SFE tasks (20%)**:

- Develop Int’l SFE framework (i.e. Metrics, R&R) and SFE year Planning
- Identify and roll-out tools and capabilities aligned to int’l needs to drive a more efficient LOCs cycle planning processes (i.e. Call Planning, Territory alignment, etc.)
- Development, generation and distribution of SFE performance dashboards (monthly)
- Coordinate and support International and Countries’ Sales operations and process, e.g. territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation and targeting implementation.
- Train, guide and support LOCs’ field teams and head office users in the use of SFE dashboards
- Support SFE activities locally, incl. KPIs implementation, in line with INT framework and in a close collaboration with Commercial Leads
- Production of ad-hoc SFE analysis and reports per request of Int’l Commercial and/or LOCs

**Performance Tracking (15%)**
- Establish Ayvakyt Brand KPIs and continuously assess new relevant indicators to monitor brand performance
- Development, generation, and distribution of Brand performance dashboards (monthly)
- Train, guide and support field and head office users in the use of SFE dashboards
- Production of ad-hoc analysis and reports per request of Int’l and/or Commercial leadership
- Continuously evaluate additional data sources to complement insights and support performance tracking

**Marketing responsibilities (20%)**
- Congress management including sponsorship coordination, housing, exhibition booth, meeting room space, leadership of congress planning meetings and pre-con meetings
- Commercial training
- Adv-SM training modules including knowledge checks, integration of commercial teams into congress highlight sessions held internally, planning for next indication training (ISM)
- Brand planning support
- content management, formatting, calendar management across cross functional teams
- Promotional material development for Adv-SM launch

**Other responsibilities include tasks relating to planning and sharing of key dates and information (10%)**:

- Responsible for updating and maintaining Marketing sharepoint for LOCs with latest approved materials
- The development and ownership of the International Corporate Calendar. This will involve developing and maintaining the planning calendar in collaboration with Global and Int’l Commercial, Medical, Finance and HR. This includes key financial and business planning dates for the International team, along with important internal and external meetings
