**COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER**

Desde **MCR International**, estamos buscando un **Commercial Excellence Manager** para Madrid.

**Market research**
- Análisis e investigación de mercado.
- Apoyo a ventas y marketing en la identificación de tendencias y toma de decisiones comerciales.
- Seguimiento e interpretación de datos de mercado de productos propios y competidores.
- Realización del Forecast

**Sales force effectiveness**
- Implementar sistemas SFE estandarizados, herramientas, análisis, paneles de rendimiento y KPI cuantitativos y cualitativos para médicos, farmacias y fuerza de ventas en las diferentes áreas comerciales.
- Gestión de sistemas de la compañía relevantes (CRM, Power BI ) en estrecha colaboración con IT.
- Implementar informes de control de desempeño de SFE y proporcionar informes periódicos a otras áreas de negocio.
- Desarrollar, actualizar y monitorear los sistemas de incentivos de la fuerza de ventas.

**Omnicanalidad**
- Desarrollar y gestionar iniciativas multicanal en estrecha colaboración con Marketing y Ventas
- Impulsar la eficacia de las herramientas multicanal y fomentar la cultura de aceptación e innovación dentro de la empresa mediante la integración de actividades.

**Formación y desarrollo**
- Desarrollar módulos de formación (aula, F2F, coaching ) para aumentar las competencias analíticas de las diferentes áreas del negocio.
- Gestión y desarrollo formativo del equipo a su cargo (BI&SFE)

**Conocimientos y Requisitos**:

- Título Universitario en Administración de Empresas o estudios afines
- Valorable MBA en Negocios / Administración y/o Marketing
- Inglés nível C1
- Disponibilidad para viajar un 15% de la jornada laboral

**Experiência Mínima**:

- Imprescindible experiência en la industria farmacéutica (+5 años) en puestos similares
- Imprescindible experiência en investigación de mercado y SFE (CRM) de mínimo 3 años es imprescindible
- Necesaria experiência previa en gestión de personas
- Necesaria experiência previa en una capacidad de entrenamiento
- Necesaria experiência de trabajo en equipos multifuncionales
- Necesaria experiência en Gestión de presupuestos / proveedores
- Necesaria experiência gestionando equipos
