**T**he** **Opportunity**
**Commercial Excellence Internship**:
Support through direct and/or coordinated effort the implementation of sales management best practices and field force adoption of the product/franchise specific sales processes intended for implementation of AV’s highest priority strategies.
**Main Responsabilities**:
Business Execution and Business Analytics
- Drive the harmonization of **business metrics and analytics**, leveraging support from EMEA Commercial Excellence team and relevant cross business functions to ensure data visibility.
- Implement, tracks and support the Sales Force effectiveness governance process, assisting the Divisional Managers in following up on actions
- Definition and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive clear performance metrics and dashboards to analyze, measure and improve the Sales force effectiveness & distributor performance as well as marketing campaigns and activities
- Measuring and monitoring the impact of business specific initiatives on commercial success.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Departments to ensure that strategic AV plan & regional plans are fully synchronized (AV planning vs. territory planning)
Business Technology and Tools
- Cooperation with EMEA SFE in order to ensure local implementation of important strategic analytical projects/tools
- Oversees the implementation and monitoring of a business intelligence model to drive customer segmentation, targeting and CRM programmes
- CRM utilization - drive OneForce utilization and act as a main point of contact between sales force and regional commercial and IT teams, ensure data quality and accuracy
- Management of commercial relevant business systems (CRM, BI, market data, etc.) in close collaboration with IT
- Support European SFE projects and act as Affiliate representative on task teams.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Education
- Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Engineers or Science Education.
**Skills**:
- Experience working in a matrix structure
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Driven for results
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Project management experience without direct reports and influencing without authority
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to formulate and develop complex commercial strategy
- Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal coaching or supervision
- Profound skills in market and competitor analysis
- Strong analytical skills and high learning agility
- Affinity to CRM and IT systems
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Understands competitors, the industry and market landscape when delivering new market analysis and market dynamic analysis to support the company performance follow up.
