Avantio Summer Program’s aim is to provide students their first experience with the labor market in a young, tech company in a cross-national professional environment

During Summer, you’ll have the opportunity to help your team improving processes, carrying on projects, but also you’ll follow a learning process within your tutor.

We are looking for a person to join the team with great communication skills, hardworking, motivated and eager to learn.

**What will be your day-to-day functions?**

During your internship at Avantio, you will be asked to be involved and prepared to:

- Participate in market research: gather data and insights on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyze data: You might be responsible for tracking and analyzing marketing data, such as website traffic, lead generation, or sales figures.
- Collaborate with other departments: You will work closely with sales, customer service, or product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
- Support content creation: creating blog posts, social media updates, or other types of content to engage with customers.
- Participate in events: You may have the opportunity to help plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, or webinars.

**What are we looking for?**
- University studies in Marketing, Digital Marketing, ADE or similar.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with the study center.
- Restless, creative person, with the ability to generate ideas.

**Useful**:

- High level of English

**What do we offer?**
- 2 - 3 months of Summer internship agreement
- Summer schedule from 8h - 15h

- We currently have a hybrid system, which means that we come two days a week to the office, and we do three days of remote working
- Carsharing: possibility to take colleagues in your car (monthly extra from the company) or you can commute with colleagues to work for free.
