**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). **Job description**:
**Health Economics and Market Access Department**:
We have a worldwide presence ensuring key market expertise and efficiency in delivery. We have offices in Montreal, Toronto, London, Paris, Barcelona, Sofia & Shanghai. We are a diverse team of 15 different nationalities. We offer services for 5 major activities: Evidence review and Value Communication, Strategic Market Access, Health Economics, Biostatistics, and Real-world evidence. We are strengthening client positioning through evidence review and value communications, creating value through evidence analytics understanding payer expectations, and informing access strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery quality, timelines, and budgets of a portfolio of approximately 100 projects.
- Conduct portfolio-wide risk assessments and strategize mitigation plans.
- Implement portfolio tracking mechanisms and report on performance metrics.
- Facilitate regular progress review sessions with Project Managers.
- Drive project delivery process improvements and best practice adoption.
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for project-related issues.
- Mentor Project Managers, fostering a high-performance project management team.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Delivery Management.
- Strong proficiency in English is required.
- Your project management skills are top-notch; you can effectively lead teams through complex projects from start to finish.

**Nice to Have**:

- PMP certification
- Experience in the life sciences sector

**Location**:

- The position is available in either in Toronto, Montreal, Canada, or in Barcelona, Spain.
