**Únete al equipo comercial de una de las empresas de distribución y logística farmacéutica más importantes**

Estamos ayudando a nuestro cliente, empresa líder en logística dentro del sector transitario/Forwarder, en la busqueda de un/a Business Development Manager para **Madrid o Barcelona.**

Buscamos un profesional comprometido y experimentado para potenciar las operaciones comerciales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Captación de nuevos clientes en el área de Freight Forwarding, liderando la estrategia comercial en la zona asignada.
- Realizar prospecciones de empresas y llevar a cabo visitas comerciales a empresas/corresponsales para cumplir con los objetivos de captación de nuevos clientes establecidos.
- Alcanzar metas de desarrollo y mantenimiento de clientes, ajustándose a las condiciones de precios, tipo de mercancía, características de servicio y criterios de rentabilidad definidos por la Dirección Comercial.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Representar a la empresa ante clientes internos y externos, preservando la buena imagen y defendiendo la misión y valores de la empresa.
- Supervisar y motivar a los equipos comerciales de la zona.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos (Customer Service y Operaciones) las necesidades de los clientes y dar seguimiento a las gestiones derivadas de la gestión comercial.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria con Master/ PDD o similar.
- Conocimientos en Comercio Exterior, Marketing / Ventas.
- Formación en dirección de equipos, análisis y estrategias comerciales, y marketing.
- Experiência en logística y distribución farmacéutica.

**Experiência**:

- Al menos 7 años de experiência en empresas del sector, ocupando una posición similar.

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés, nível Advanced como mínimo.

**Informática**:

- Dominio de Paquete Office.
