We count on you MST Holding, a leading company within the BPO and Contact Center industry, is looking for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic **Business Development Manager**, with bilingual / native / proficiency English level.

**About the role**

As a **Business Development Manager EMEA** you will help MST Holding acquire new business customers at international level and grow its revenue through selling BPO solutions to other businesses.

**Mission**

Our **Business Development Manager EMEA** will collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and the Marketing Team. Together, they will employ account-based selling best practices (ABM) to secure well-qualified initial meetings with specific buyer personas within our target companies.

**Key tasks**
- Map out key buyer personas within assigned target companies.
- Carry out prospecting activities at international level to generate interest and schedule preliminary meetings.
- Cultivate relationships with prospects.
- Supply pertinent information to the Commercial Director.
- Offer feedback to the Marketing Team about the quality of leads sourced from marketing efforts.
- Initiate and refine outbound lead generation campaigns over time.
- Manage and update prospect data in the company CRM, ensuring all contacts and opportunities are current daily.
- Support any RFP process during all phases: Technical and Economical offer, official presentation and final negotiation stage.

**Requirements**:

- Over 3 years B2B sales experience at international level.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B account-based selling, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
- A track record of creative problem-solving combined with robust analytical capabilities.
- Capacity for both strategic and tactical thinking.
- A collaborative mind-set, complemented by a positive demeanour.
- Bilingual/native/proficiency English and Italian. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

**Location and legal requirement**

Residency in Barcelona and NIE document available.

**Nice to have**

BPO / Outsourcing / Contact Center / Technology business development experience at international level.
