**The Role**

TraceLink seeks an experienced Team Lead, Market Development to join our Barcelona based team. The Team Lead will be responsible for the EMEA MDR team, part of the global MDR team. They will work with our global Business Management, Commercial Operations, and Sales team members to intensely research, qualify and mature inbound and outbound leads. You will coach the EMEA MDR in best practice lead qualifying and to diligently engage prospects, resulting in meetings for the Sales team.

The Team Lead Market Development EMEA will report directly to the Director of Market Development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead & Manage the MDR team in EMEA to achieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation and acceleration goals
- Identify & Qualify target accounts and prospects.
- Quickly follow up on marketing campaigns to create and maintain account intelligence briefs for Sales and Account Executives to prepare them for prospect and customer meetings
- Work with partners including Finance, Marketing & Sales Operations, and Business Management to enrich, cleanse and triage account data
- Understand nuances of EMEA geographies and localize campaign and messages accordingly to achieve high engagement rate for the reach outs and campaigns
- Motivate and support the MDRs to exceed KPIs through coaching, innovation & data analysis based strategies. Continually work on optimizing pipeline of qualified lead to accelerate opportunities towards wins
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation.
- Understanding Tracelink's product offering and industry problem we solve, and should be able to translate these into high impact messaging.
- Develop and maintain MDR best practices, pitches, and escalations;
- Work cooperatively across always On campaign, New Campaigns, Events and other initiatives to get into key accounts
- Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a prospects from lead generation to contract closure stage
- Regular update of all accounts information on Salesforce CRM, and ensuring good Salesforce hygiene.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Team Lead of Market Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, or similar roles
- 10+ years of experience in a SaaS/iPaaS B2B organization in lead gen / outbound sales development
- Experience in International/Global markets preferred, preferably EMEA market
- Life Sciences/Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in English or Multilingual (European Language) is a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-First attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Sharp business acumen and target oriented
- Experience in Sales Automation tools, CRM, calling tools, etc preferred
- Proficiency in Sale Engagement Platform with Experience around CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- BA/BS or equivalent educational or professional experience
