**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**JOB TITLE: Customer Care Assistant**
**LOCATION: Madrid**
**SALARY RANGE: €22k + Bonus**
**What you'll do**:
- Management of booking changes, cancellations and refunds.
- Caring and complaints of our WeRoaders.
- Control of booking payments and back office documents.
- Customer reviews management.
- Passengers Insurance control.
- Communications to our travelers: Keep them posted about any changes that could be related to his/her travel.
**What we’re looking for**:
Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you a people person? Are you looking for a diverse atmosphere to work in? If so, then you have found the right position: we are looking for a passionate and proactive customer care assistant who ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns. It should be a must having experience in the travel sector and in a contact center.
