PVpharm is searching for a Business Development Manager in Pharmacovigilance Services to work closely with PVpham’s team.
This position requires documented experience in Business Development areas related to the Pharma industry (Service provider experience is preferred, and experience with Pharmacovigilance Services would be perfect), organizational and team management skills, and a willingness to drive the team and the organization to the highest level.
**Job description**
As a Business Development Manager (Pharmacovigilance Services), you will help constructing the BD department structure and processes. You will be involved with different projects, you will assume multi-project responsibility and will provide your expertise within different areas of the business.
**Your activities will be mainly**:
- Identification and research of potential clients and projects
- Leads management
- Creation of proposals
- Strategic development and maintenance of partners relationships
- Finding funding for projects, including EU funding
- To prepare a detailed description of company services
- Create a Cost-grid and pricing of services
- Creation of a marketing strategy
- Creation of business plans
- Implementation of communication policy
- Cooperate in Marketing activities and communications
- Revision of commercial contracts
- Support the ERP implementation
- Manage business KPIs/ objectives
**Requirements**:
**Hard skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing or Project Management ideally in a global pharma consultancy (Service provider experience is preferred, and experience with Pharmacovigilance Services would be perfect)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Business degree (with MBA preferred)
- Previous experience within Business Development areas related to Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety services will be preferred.
