**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes clave, identificando sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones que agreguen valor.
- Supervisar y gestionar el desempeño del equipo de ventas, proporcionando orientación, formación y apoyo para asegurar la máxima productividad.
- Analizar datos de mercado y tendencias para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y estrategias de expansión.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y producto para garantizar una alineación estratégica y maximizar el impacto en las ventas.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing o campo relacionado.
- Residencia: Cataluña.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência en ventas o gestión de ventas.
- Deseable nível de inglés fluido.
- Tener conocimiento en herramientas de automatización de Linkedin.
- Experiência en telefonía IP.
- Experiência demostrable en negocios B2B y venta de servicios relacionados con la selección de personal.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de negociación.
- Capacidad demostrada para liderar y motivar equipos.
- Competente en el uso de CRM y herramientas de análisis de ventas.
- Mentalidad orientada a objetivos.
