**Head of Sales Support**

As Head of Sales Support, you will interact with our commercial teams to provide critical business support, working on non-selling activities within the sales process, and lead a team of sales support specialists.

You will collaborate with our Business Development, Account Management, marketing, accounting, customer service and Product teams, to fulfill business-critical service requests. In your senior role, you will work closely with the Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations, to create processes and services that provide best in class support to the commercial organization.

You will report to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations inside EPS’s Customer Operations and Partner Experience group. A love of travel, finding comfort in smooth operational service, and a strong eye for business are critical to a Head of Sales Support's success.

What you'll do:

- Keep up to date with the business needs, to identify new ways for sales support to add business value.
- Optimize the team’s service catalogue through a standard operating procedures playbook.
- Effectively analyze and resolve incoming sales support requests.
- Lead and coach a group of sales support specialists and a team supervisor.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and levels of the organization.
- Identify and remediate opportunities for process or product improvement.
- Set the direction for excellence and knowledge across your team.
- Act as primary sales support team contact and sponsor across EPS.

Who you are:

- Experience in sales support, account management, and/or client servicing in a B2B sales environment
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, search engine company, or travel background is a plus
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
- Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize time effectively, and adjust quickly where business needs demand it
- Customer Focus, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
