As our Head of Sales in Spain, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in this dynamic market. You'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth, forging meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and crafting sales strategies that resonate with agencies and direct clients alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Spanish market, focusing on agencies and direct clients in the video advertising industry.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within agencies and direct clients, ensuring the company is top-of-mind for their video advertising needs.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the executive team, helping to shape and refine the company products, services, and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to create a seamless customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous growth and improvement across Spain
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building brand awareness and generating new leads.
- Data Integrity and Consistency: As a heavy CRM user, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sales data, including client information, leads, opportunities, and sales activities, are entered accurately and consistently into the CRM system. This will involve regular audits, updates, and maintenance of records to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the CRM data, allowing the sales team and other stakeholders to make informed decisions based on reliable information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on the video advertising industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in Spain
- Strong relationships with agencies and direct clients in the advertising industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
