Our client is a tier 1 supplier of solar modules, with over 7GW of sales globally last year. They are committed to transforming the energy landscape by providing cutting-edge solar solutions. As the first Head of Sales based in Spain, you will play a pivotal role in steering growth, driving sales strategy, and establishing a robust pipeline for a cleaner and more sustainable future.
With a very strong global network of clients (especially in the US), they are looking for somebody to build upon and maintain the already existing relationships with multinational clients (HQ in Spain) whilst also developing new clients across utility and commercial sized companies.
**As the Spanish Sales Director, you will**:
**Lead Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for utility and commercial sized projects.
**Pipeline Development**: Drive the growth of sales pipeline through effective lead generation and relationship building.
**Market Expansion**: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand presence in the Spanish market whilst also maintaining exsiting relationships with Spanish clients who are already US Clients.
**Client Engagement**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on solar solutions.
**Qualifications**:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of the Spanish market and experience in building and leading sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainability.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
