Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Director will be:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
- Recruiting seasonal and permanent sales representatives and assuring their needed management, onboarding, and training.
- Identify and cultivate key client relationships, driving new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Regularly conducting collective training sessions as per the team's needs.
- Full fluency in English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Excellent sales skills, highly energetic and personable, both with clients and colleagues, with a deep understanding of sales.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures.
