PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Reporting to the Store Director, the Stock Associate contributes to increase store turnover by participating to the merchandise flow management within the store and strictly follow all internal procedures in terms of logistics.

PROFILE

A Business Developper:

Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plansPrepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepanciesGuarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales targetA Brand Promoter:

Promote the brand's culture internally and externallyWork with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approachEnsure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standardsMaintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising StandardGuarantee excellent customer experienceEnsure customer satisfaction, engagement and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintainedFollow the guidelines provided by HQs regarding the clienteling approachA Team Player:

Participate in maintaining a positive work environmentConsistently provide the highest level of professionalism in all behaviors including communication and teamworkWork well in a team and actively support and assist your colleaguesProvide high quality relevant feedbacks and requested report to theManagementA Process Supporter:

Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being receivedOrganize and tidy up stock areasCheck in and handle transfersHandle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flowPrepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products, as well as handle all administrative partsPrepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets andWarehouseHandle packaging and small stationery's ordersAdhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational Procedures
