About the Role
Probe are looking for experienced 'Customer Service Champions' to work for our client Honda. The heart of the role is calling people and congratulating them on their brand new Honda As well as recall notices when Honda is required to do a recall. This is the perfect role for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is looking for a fantastic opportunity to join our outstanding Honda Team.
Key Details:- Full -Time positions commencing Monday 28th February 2023- Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm - Full availability required | Rotating roster- 5 business days of training - Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Skills & Experience:
- Well developed computer skills. Literacy in MS Office etc.- A reliable, driven individual that strives to meet and exceed expectations- Confident in conversing with different types of customers- Able to multitask, retain information and work well under pressure
Essential Requirements- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail- Strong written and spoken communication skills- Ability to quickly build rapport and provide quality service under pressure- The ability to contribute and work as part of a team- Easily adapt to different work types and enjoys variety- Self-motivated and able to prioritise daily tasks
WFH Tech Requirements:
- Windows 10 based PC or laptop with an I5 processor 8GB of RAM or equivalent- Antivirus installed- Windows defender switched- Reliable internet connection- Headset with a microphone.- Please note that Apple Mac computers are not compatible with our systems.
