**Customer Relations position available**
This is an office-based position (not working from home) for a leading claims firm situated in Miraflores, Mijas Costa.
You will be working with the customer relations team dealing with queries from existing clients and assisting them in maintaining account payments. There is a clearly defined career path with excellent promotion prospects.
You must be available to work all bank holidays (with those days taken in lieu)
**Required skillset**:
- Native English
- Excellent command of written English
- A knowledge of the timeshare industry an advantage
- Must have a desire to learn and grow within the role
- Must be a “people person” and a team player
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and also by video call
- Happy to discuss clients finances
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with colleagues and clients (who may be elderly and/or anxious)
- Knowledge of word and Excel
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
- Well organised and efficient
- Competitive salary offered with commission and bonuses.
**Salary**: 1,400.00€ - 2,500.00€ per month
