Desde Iwantsales, seleccionamos un perfil de Customer Relations Support & Success Manager para una empresa líder en soluciones para sector hospitalario con sede en Barcelona.


¿Qué harás?

Reportando al manager del departamento y en colaboración con los products manager serás el/la responsable de liderar el equipo de soporte técnico y customer success del cliente usuario de las soluciones.

Serán distribuidores y canal directo hospitalario.

Ayudarás en la definición y roadmap del producto con fin de mejorar en las funcionalidades y reducir incidencias de las soluciones para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.

Establecerás un flujo de customer journey con fin de optimizar los procesos del área de soporte.

¿Qué buscamos?

Perfil senior con conocimientos en producto IT de logística hospitalaria (Arquitectura Java, TomCat, etc).Experiencia liderando proyectos de definición de procesos y workflow del usuario para optimizar la respuesta en la resolución de incidencias.

Habilidades comunicativas y relacionales como nexo principal del cliente en experiencia de usuario y nexo con departamentos técnicos.
Competencias de liderazgo y experiencia en la coordinación de equipos.

Experiencia en soluciones de logística hospitalaria, SaaS, On Premise, IoT.Titulación universitaria, ingeniería técnica y estudios en farmacia o experiencia en la industria.

Catalán y Castellano nativo, inglés alto.

Salario fijo + variable + beneficios + retribución flexible.
