About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Coordinate studio operations, including event planning and logistics
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native Spanish language proficiency
  • Basic English language skills
  • Ability to provide a training agreement from your educational institution
  • Experience or interest in developing in marketing, communication, and B2C sales
  • Ability to manage processes in the office and studio
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, proactive
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion
