Job Purpose
Schneider Electric Global seeks a dedicated Labour Relations Specialist to support the Labour Relations team in various processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of labour relations worldwide, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect within the organisation.
Main Accountabilities
• Assist in reviewing employment contract templates, drafting and enforcing sanctions as required.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of information to trade unions, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Organise and prepare claims, lawsuits, and conciliations, providing support during negotiations with trade unions when necessary.
• Assist in drafting minutes, agreements, and other legal documentation as required.
• Implement agreements reached with trade unions and ensure their follow-up, promoting cross-cutting collaboration to ensure their fulfillment.
• Support the creation and implementation of departmental processes, aligning with global HR policies.
• Implement HR global policies and manage labour relations in all countries where Schneider Electric Global is present, reporting to the Labour Relations manager and liaising with businesses and support teams.
