Employee Relations Specialist

At 2K, we're seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance to managers and employees on varying ER issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, grievances, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with the HR/LD Trainers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations or a related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
