Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Engineeringuk. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create and sustain positive employee relations programs and best practices
- Work directly with employees at all levels to identify, address, and resolve concerns through mechanisms like listening sessions, focus groups, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching
- Design and deliver positive employee relations trainings and communications
- Conduct, analyze, and action plan from multiple levels of employee feedback and other data to drive and sustain positive employee relations
- Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations
- Seven years in employee relations, functional human resources or labor/employment law, with at least five of those years of experience in workplace/EEO investigations and/or labor/employment law
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree, law degree, or other specialized training in employee relations a significant plus
- Experience working with and applying employment & labor laws throughout UK and EU, within multiple countries
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop effective executive level messaging, reports, and presentations
- Experience coaching, consulting, and advising employees and HR & business stakeholders and experience managing conflict resolution in the workplace
