With a fresh round of funding, Glamping Hub is excited to be hiring for the next stage of growth within the company. To help us define and grow our product, we are looking for a Sales Development Administrative who has a passion for relationship building and sales.
Glamping Hub is looking for a results-driven, hospitality-savvy Sales Development Administrator to accelerate the Glamping Hub Structure business. The Sales Development Administrator will help manage all the administration and support our BD team. You should be someone who is detail-oriented, well organized, and has good judgment.
This role will be a good fit if you:
- Have a passion for the outdoors and vacation rentals in nature
- Are entrepreneurial and like the challenges associated with working for a startup company
- Are able to solve and scope problems together with the team, but also take ownership of developing solutions from scratch
- Are able to work with technical and non-technical business owners
Responsibilities include:
- CRM Administration
- Lead qualification and Analysis.
- Practice disciplined CRM hygiene inputting all engagement material in our CRM
- Communicate and pitch GlampingHub Structure prospects that include current glamping hosts and other property owners
- Pursue inbound and self-generated leads, nurture, and move them through the sales cycle
- Support the Director in business presentations and proposals
- Build, manage and grow a pipeline and establish and hit sales goals
- Effectively communicates GlampingHub Structures value proposition with prospects
- Surface hidden objections and thoughtfully provide insights and solutions to help our prospects build a thriving glamping business
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through multi-channel outreach and networking
- Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and sales targets
- Validate potential business deals by analyzing deal requirements and business case
Desired skills and qualifications:
- CRM Administration (knowledge of Zoho, Hubspot)
- Demonstrable track record of prospecting and pitching to new clients
- Ability to forecast with data-driven predictability
- Experience within hospitality, alternative lodging, or glamping; or OTA experience within the hospitality line of business.
- Familiarity with hospitality e-commerce and revenue terms
- CRM discipline including management in sales stages
- Ability to communicate value proposition and program benefits
- Team player mindset
- Undergraduate degree preferably in business administration or related area of study
- Three or more years of business development or administration experience.
- Native or equivalent English speaker;
- Preferred experience in customer service and good phone etiquette;
- Strong writing skills (grammar and syntax)
- Good organizational skills
- specifically able to track data and tasks in multiple places;
