Desde The Green Recruitment Company buscamos un Business Development Manager para formar parte de una importante ingeniería y consultoría que ofrece servicios integrales de alto valor en proyectos de transmisión, distribución y generación de energía.Descripción del puesto: Como Business Development Manager, serás responsable de identificar, desarrollar y asegurar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la empresa, con el objetivo de fortalecer la presencia en el mercado y fomentar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes clave.Funciones: Identificar y analizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector energético y de ingeniería.Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes, con enfoque en el mercado local e internacional.Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales y estrategias de desarrollo de negocio.Colaborar con los equipos internos (ingeniería, marketing y ventas) para crear soluciones a medida que respondan a las necesidades del cliente.Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales, alcanzando objetivos de ventas y crecimiento.Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia para identificar tendencias y generar nuevas oportunidades.Colaborar en la planificación de la estrategia a largo plazo de la empresa, contribuyendo con tus conocimientos y perspectivas del mercado.Requisitos: Título universitario en Ingeniería, o afines.Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en un puesto similar, en el sector energético, ingeniería o tecnología.Conocimiento sólido del mercado de la energía renovable y tendencias tecnológicas.Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, negociación y presentación.Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.Buen nivel de inglés (escrito y hablado); se valoran otros idiomas.Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.#J-18808-Ljbffr
