**Tareas principales**
- Apoyo en la recepción, seguimiento y aprobación de las facturas recibidas.
- Apoyo en resolución de incidencias en facturación.
- Seguimiento de la evolución presupuestaria.
- Apoyo a la categorización del gasto.
- Tareas de servicios generales.
- Atender y ejecutar necesidades de empleados relacionadas con eventos y viajes.
- Relación con proveedores.
- Ejecución de trámites administrativos generales.
- Elaboración de informes de gasto.
- Atender al cliente interno.
- Supervisión diaria del gasto de los empleados.
**Modalidad de trabajo**
**60 %** presencialidad en oficina de Alicante.
**40%** remoto.

**Requisitos**:
- Conocimientos administrativos y de gestión._
- Contabilidad básica y manejo de herramienta SAP._
- Habilidades en Excel._
- Nível medio de inglés (B2)._
