Responsibilities_:

- Schedule and confirm meetings & appointments
- Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Develop and maintain an efficient document system
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Screen calls and inquiries, responding or routing them to the right department

**Requirements**:

- Background in administrative support
- Excellent communication in English (minimum C1 level) and native Spanish
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information

Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience with tech or startup environments
- Secretarial or administrative certification
