Auf diesem Weg suchen wir dich, ab sofort, im Homeoffice oder in Berlin (m/w/x, Vollzeit, unbefristet), als Enterprise Client Success Manager und zusätzlich in der Rolle als Key-Account-Manager.
**Das erwartet dich***:
- **Trusted Advisor**
- Du entwickelst und pflegst die Beziehungen zu neuen und existierenden Ansprechpartnern.
- Du kennst die Herausforderungen und Erfolgsfaktoren deiner Enterprise Kunden.
- Mit Produkt
- und Fachwissen sowie Lösungsorientierung unterstützt du deine Kunden beim Auflösen von Blockaden.
- Du entwickelst Best Practices und konkrete Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Nutzens durch die Anwendung von Adspert.
- Bei Bedarf holst du dir intern Unterstützung (z. B. Account Performance Analyst), um die Anliegen deiner Kunden zu beantworten.
- ** Onboarding von Neukunden**
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden schon während ihres Trials, um eine optimale Customer Journey schon ab den ersten Touchpoints zu gewährleisten.
- Du unterstützt deine Enterprise Kunden dabei, ihre Erfolgs-Metriken zu optimieren.
- Du entwickelst gemeinsames Wachstumspotential mit deinen Enterprise Kunden
- Du überwachst den Health Score deiner Enterprise Kunden und findest Wege, diesen kontinuierlich und stabil auf “gesund” zu halten
- ** Entwicklung von Erfolgsgeschichten**
- Du deckst Potentiale innerhalb der Organisation deiner Enterprise Kunden auf, um den Mehrwert von Adspert zu steigern
- Du förderst die Bereitschaft deiner Enterprise Kunden ihre ‘Erfolgsgeschichte mit Adspert’ zu teilen
**Job requirements**:
**Das ist dein Profil***:
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Customer Success Manager, mindestens 1 davon in Verantwortung für Enterprise Kunden.
- Du überzeugst mit positivem und sicherem Auftreten, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, ausgeprägter Kontaktstärke sowie einer analytisch-strukturierten Arbeitsweise, auch im Austausch mit dem C-Level.
- Du bist ambitioniert, zeigst eine außerordentliche Eigeninitiative und hast ein sehr gutes Zeit
- und Projektmanagement.
- Du findest nicht nur schnell, sondern auch kreative Lösungsansätze und übernimmst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten.
- Du brennst dafür Kunden zu entwickeln, sie proaktiv zu unterstützen und zu überzeugen.
- Du kannst gut kommunizieren und hast den nötigen Drive um Themen voranzutreiben.
- Du hast exzellente Deutschkenntnisse.
- Zusätzlich bringst du sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
