The Omnichannel Content Manager (Animal health) is a position integrated within the Omnichannel & Customer Engagement strategy team, part of the Marketing Operations and Business Excellence Unit, that provides support and service to the Portuguese & Spanish organization and across all the business unit and areas.

This position is based in Madrid.

We are seeking a highly motivated _Omnichannel Content Manager_ to join our team. As the _Omnichannel Content Manager_, you will be responsible for the following:

- Content lifecycle management: Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to creation, editing, approval, publishing, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas, develop compelling content, and ensure timely delivery.
- Cohesive storytelling: Develop creative and effective channel strategies to ensure cohesive storytelling across various platforms and channels. Enhance brand voice and messaging consistency to engage target audiences effectively.
- Content performance tracking and analysis: Track and analyse content performance using various metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Translation of strategic marketing plans: Translate local strategic marketing plans into content marketing collaterals that align with the global and regional strategies. Develop and execute content campaigns that resonate with local target audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborative content development: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including omnichannel campaign managers, marketing, creative, and technical teams, to develop high-quality content assets. Ensure that content meets brand guidelines, is optimized for search engines, and aligns with business objectives.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (more than 4 years) in content marketing roles, preferably in a global or regional marketing environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize in a highly dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Native Spanish. Fluent in English. Portuguese desired.
