Description:
The Omnichannel Content Strategy Manager (OCCSM) will be responsible for developing and implementing a One Pfizer digital content strategy according to business goals to generate the best customer experience (CX) in each customer segment and each channel across Pfizer Spain. Jointly with BUs, cross-functional teams and external vendors, the OCCSM will work in the generation and selection of unbranded and above brand contents to facilitate the best CX through Pfizer digital channels.

Key Activities
- Develop and lead Pfizer unbranded-above brand content strategy
- Each Content Manager will be assigned to a specific Pfizer business unit to act as single point of contact for unbranded and above brand content
- Manage a network of external agencies, writers, producers, and graphic artists that contribute to Pfizer s library of digital assets including, photos, video and infographic.
- Develop and implement HCP digital content across Pfizer’s Spain digital initiatives.
- Plan, design, create, edit, and publish relevant content based on Pfizer’s business objectives and customer’s needs
- Own end to end process for creation, review & approval of unbranded-above brand content
- Responsible for looking for cross brand & cross BU content synergies and optimizing content for SEO and paid media
- Design and plan the editorial calendar and content proposition for Pfizerpro
- Overseeing and unifying the writing style for unbranded and above brand content delivered
- Brainstorm creative ways of engaging Pfizer audience online and generate engaging content types
- Analyze content marketing strategy to create target audience profiles
- Implement best SEO practices
- Support the brand teams in content Glocalization
- Support the roll out of new tools and capabilities for content creation (Canvas, Agile, Modular)
- Work with Omnichannel Intelligence role to convert insights from reports and analytics in high valued contents to be delivered
- Jointly with Content & Channel Specialists and CBLs, design and collaborate in the production of the proper content to the channel according to brand strategy & customer needs
- Gain continuous qualitative feedback from CFCs in channel-content performance
- Performing exhaustive research to gain the right knowledge of all customer personas
- Ensure that unbranded and above brand content delivered is in line with local law, code and internal policies concerned
- Continuously develop innovative and creative content strategies using new and evolving channels

- Serve as an educator of the function around the content strategy, channels, new developments and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required and experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong online pharma marketing experience
- Experience in digital-omnichannel marketing operations execution
- Swift management of digital content creation tools
- Strong business acumen, comprehension of digital and non-digital channels, customer centric marketing, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.
- Content presentation skills to determine how content should be packaged for HCPs
- Content delivery skills to decide the best distribution channel to deliver content to our audience
- Experience in handling and strategizing omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Project management skills & ability to handle multiple projects from different BUs
- Good communication & problems-solving skills
