YOUR MISSION
The IKONO Content & Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence through strategic planning, content creation, and cross-functional teamwork. You will be responsible for setting our global and local content and social strategy, understanding market trends, and executing social posting and content planning across various platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives (OKRs).Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns to facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels and the blog.Supervise and mentor a team of regional Community Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with overarching brand goals.Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news, blog posts...) that resonates with our target audience and drives interaction and conversion.Actively seek out and collaborate with influencers across diverse platforms, fostering meaningful partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation across social media platforms (SoMe) and Google Reviews.Suggest and implement new features to grow followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, blogging, design tools, and applications.Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media & blog performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Establish efficient workflows and processes for content creation, review, and publishing, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of proven hands-on experience in social media management, with a track record of successfully growing brands, driving ROI, and fostering meaningful interactions.Proven experience in managing and leading teams, particularly in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, with a focus on overseeing community managers based in various countriesIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.Fluency in English (minimum level C1 required)YOU BRINGStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.Proactive attitude with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in the ever-evolving social media landscape.Results-oriented and self-demanding, consistently striving for excellence in achieving outcomes.Exceptional organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Flexibility is essential in our dynamic work environment, being able to adapt to changing circumstances and to embrace new approaches are highly valued.Ownership and tenacity, you take full responsibility for your actions and demonstrate unwavering determination in overcoming challenges.Critical thinking, you offer innovative alternatives to drive continuous improvement.WE OFFERJoin IKONO´s innovative project, being a key part of our exponential expansion.We encourage and support your development If you're committed, and ambitious we will provide you with the skills you need to grow in our companyPleasant and International work environment, within a dynamic team with freedom to act.Excellent work location, at C/Alcalá, in the touristic heart of Madrid.
