Estamos buscando un **Social Content Manager,** reportando a nuestra Social Media Manager, para unirse a Time Out Madrid, un equipo en momento de crecimiento y expansión con muchas oportunidades y un buen ambiente de trabajo. **Key Responsibilities**

Responsable de gestionar las redes sociales de Time Out Madrid, incluyendo su planificación, dirección de creación de contenido, gestión del branded content y campañas internas. Trabajarás para conseguir los mejores resultados junto a las diferentes áreas de la empresa; marketing, comercial y editorial.

Buscamos una persona creativa, proactiva, organizada, responsable, positiva, con atención al detalle y con capacidad de liderar y delegar de una manera efectiva.

**Skills & Experience**
- Definir los mensajes clave de campañas y productos.
- Participar en el diseño de la estrategia social media.
- Adaptar y optimizar la estrategia y las campañas para cada plataforma con el objetivo de aumentar la visibilidad de los contenidos editoriales y pagados.
- Community management.
- Formar parte del equipo creativo de video, aportando nuevas ideas semanalmente según las tendencias del momento.
- Generar contenido video para nuestras plataformas.
- Dirección de colaboradores generadores de contenido.
- Gestión y creación del contenido de Social para las campañas de lanzamiento, tanto de productos de la marca como de campañas de digital branding.
- Programación y publicación de contenido.
- Gestión campañas de social paid media.
- Seguimiento cuantitativo y cualitativo de los KPI's y objetivos de las redes sociales, así como de las campañas de Paid Media.
- Optimización basada en el análisis de los datos y métricas de Social.
- Research y Social Listening contínuo para descubrir nuevos insights y tendencias del mundo digital con el fin de adaptarlas e implementarlas en las plataformas de Time Out.

**Lo que buscamos**:

- Persona con un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en community management/social media manager/ creación de contenido social.
- Experiência laboral en la gestión profesional de perfiles sociales (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram y TikTok) y comunidades, y en gestión de campañas paid media.
- Visión y capacidad estratégica creativa en social.
- Conocimiento y experiência en la producción de vídeos para redes sociales.
- Con conocimiento del Influencer Marketing a nível local.
- Organizada y metódica, responsable, trust-worthy y con capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
- Curiosa, proactiva, positiva, social y a la que le encante el trabajo en equipo.
