YOUR MISSION

The IKONO Content & Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence through strategic planning, content creation, and cross-functional teamwork. You will be responsible for setting our global and local content and social strategy, understanding market trends, and executing social posting and content planning across various platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives (OKRs).
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns to facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels and the blog.
- Supervise and mentor a team of regional Community Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with overarching brand goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news, blog posts...) that resonates with our target audience and drives interaction and conversion.
- Actively seek out and collaborate with influencers across diverse platforms, fostering meaningful partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation across social media platforms (SoMe) and Google Reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to grow followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media & blog performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Establish efficient workflows and processes for content creation, review, and publishing, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in social media management, with a track record of successfully growing brands, driving ROI, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, particularly in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, with a focus on overseeing community managers based in various countries
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Fluency in English (minimum level C1 required)
