About the role:
As Omnichannel Content Manager, Oncology, you will be responsible for supporting the production of content for robust brand-specific marketing plans including responsibility for the design of customer digital journeys and content to support the delivery of sales and profitability targets and further Brand Team omnichannel transformation that optimizes delivery of seamless customer engagement and exceptional experience.
In this position, you will be working side by side with Brand Managers and other internal and external stakeholders, where you will be able to develop your communications and influence skills.
As Omnichannel Content Manager, Oncology, you will:
- Drive the cross functional content co-creation process.
- Ensure effective implementation of cross functional omnichannel customer engagement plans across Astellas channels.
- Monitor and critically review implementation of digital tactical plans for assigned Oncology brand(s) against identified omnichannel key performance indicators and to take corrective action as required in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop, source and ensure fulfilment of appropriate branding/support materials within agreed timelines and budgetary parameters.
- Contribute, in conjunction with senior Marketing personnel, to the analysis of the potential for current and future brands through the effective use of robust modelling/forecasting methods and risk analysis.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Brand Manager experience including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel scientific content creation roles from pharma’ industry.
- Omnichannel content experience within the pharmaceutical, life science industry.
- Sound understanding of clinical and market information pertinent to Oncology therapy area.
Education/Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish languages.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Additional information:

- Location: This position is based in Madrid, Spain.
- Occasional local travel to meetings with external stakeholders is expected.
