We are seeking an Omnichannel & Content Lead Rheumatology EU who is dynamic, innovative, and strategic to join our team in the Immunology Strategic Operations, located in our HQ in Brussels (Belgium) or in Milan (Italy), Paris (France), Monheim (Germany), Slough (UK), Madrid (Spain), Breda (Netherlands).

About the role

As the Omnichannel & Content Lead Rheumatology EU, you will lead the strategy for connecting with healthcare professionals in rheumatology, particularly focusing on Psoriatic arthritis. Your responsibilities include selecting the right communication channels, developing and adjusting content, and aligning these initiatives with our brand strategies. You will also oversee projects involving multiple teams and locations, and cooperate with external partners to enhance our educational and marketing efforts.

Who you'll work with

In this position, you will closely collaborate with our marketing and medical Rheumatology teams. Additionally, you will partner with teams managing rheumatology assets in later stages to enhance the experience for healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with Rheumatology Marketing and Medical teams to craft effective strategies tailored to rheumatologists' preferences and media habits.
  • Develop and execute European regional omnichannel content initiatives, including online communications, publications, newsletters, and social media strategies, based on product updates and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with digital strategy and capability teams to recognize and address capability requirements for omnichannel campaigns, working alongside IT, data & analytics, and Digital Operations.
  • Assess and measure the impact of omnichannel communications using established metrics, while effectively managing agency activities and partnerships with third-party media.
  • Share best practices with digital strategy teams and capability squads, facilitating capability development across regions and ensuring efficient reporting.
  • Actively contribute to the European Rheumatology community, support strategic plan implementation, and prioritize impactful activities in alignment with business strategies alongside cross-functional teams such as marketing, medical, access, digital strategy, and patient experience.

Interested? For this role, we are seeking individuals with the following education, experience, and skills

  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare-related medical or pharmaceutical marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel digital operations, marketing, or strategy, achieving or exceeding marketing objectives across various platforms.
  • Proficient in user journey design to develop engaging experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex topics clearly and persuasively. Proficient in Advanced English.
  • Relevant experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics at a European or multi-country level, within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional planning and collaboration, with recent involvement in rheumatology/immunology and pharmaceutical compliance implementation.
