**Marketing & Business Development (Internship Program)**
We are a start-up based in Barcelona, offering a disruptive solution for the recruitment industry powered by cutting-edge AI technology. Our mission is to redefine the industry landscape, and we're seeking passionate individuals eager to be part of this transformative journey.

This internship provides hands-on experience in an AI startup with significant potential for a full-time role to advance your career with us. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our business growth efforts and helping us expand our client base and strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Outreach & Database Management**
- Assist in identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with detailed records of client interactions and lead status.
- Support in managing communication with existing clients and nurturing long-term relationships.

**2. Online Marketing**
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure meet goals and objectives.
- Assist in optimizing website SEO to improve search engine rankings and web traffic.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing digital content.

**3. Proposal & Sales Support**
- Help develop and tailor proposals, presentations, and sales materials for potential clients.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales pitches and client meetings.
- Track and monitor the sales pipeline, providing updates and insights on the status of leads.

**4. Direct Marketing**
- Assist in the planning and execution of direct digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Some experience or internship in business development, sales, online marketing, direct marketing or a similar field is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very Relevant: Interest in AI, automation tools, and technology.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Highly curious about new technologies and market trends.
