***Funciones y **Responsabilidades**:

- Gestión de presupuesto para el área y departamentos de Business Operations (seguimiento, gestión y aprobación de facturas, coordinación de control financiero, etc.).
- Creación, gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra (proyectos, servicios externos, materiales, etc.).
- Gestión organizativa del área y departamento: agenda y calendarios de los managers, reuniones de departamento, eventos fuera del sitio, etc.
- Gestión de las incorporaciones o bajas del área: solicitud de accesos, permisos y material.

**Perfil & Requisitos**:

- Estudios mínimos de Bachillerato o FP/ciclo formativo grado medio
- Experiência previa como asistente o en un puesto de trabajo similar en una empresa multinacional.
- Experiência previa en el apoyo a equipos multifuncionales y en trabajo transversal.
- Usuario de MS Office avanzado (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Disponer de habilidades técnicas digitales para el uso de diferentes programas de gestión (WeBuy, CONCUR, Invoicetrack )
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, de negociación y alta capacidad para manejar conflictos.
- Flexibilidad y habilidades de gestión del cambio.
- Pasión por trabajar de manera transversal.
- Muy proactivo. Capaz de buscar nuevas ideas o ayudar a resolver problemas en diferentes funciones.
