**About the role**
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Technical Product Field Enablement Sr. Manager to effectively drive the development of Field enablement technology strategy and roadmaps from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and business process change.
Together with business product owner, enable cross functional team based on defined Field Enablement products structure and
- Identify technologies to address customer needs
- Co-create and execute field engagement products to respond to business challenges,
- Drive e2e functional architecture and system integration of Field engagement products across processes, data, and technologies,
- Demonstrate value & impact of Field Enablement products as well as support to deliver financial targets,
- Guide US and International functions to enable and adopt existing (and emerging) Field Enablement products.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to set Field Enablement technology roadmap, with a vision ensuring that individual products work together to great business value for the defined customer.
- Has end to end accountability for services and products delivery across Field Enablement business areas specifically the sales performance tools (Incentives, Roster, Alignments, Call planning). Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.
- Drive, facilitate the approval of Field Enablement products portfolio investment plans. Work on continuous improvement with the cross functional delivery team. Exhibits strategic product management mindset necessary to establish the Field Enablement product domain with respective business product owner counterparts.
- Acts as trusted advisor driving decisions, priorities and relevant Field Enablement product information with both business stakeholders and colleagues across DD&IT. Proactively shares knowledge of Field Enablement technology risks with business.
- Ensure coordination across Field Enablement product roadmaps, oversee timelines and budget across teams and responsible to ensure blockages impacting the Field Enablement product portfolio are removed (coordination and unblocking within a product remains responsibility of the respective product owner).
- Develop an environment, which fosters a collaborative, innovative and high-performing organization where product management is leveraged to create value for the business. Advocates product management and shapes operating model to ensure business value creation throughout the product life cycle.
- Support the product teams to continually learn and advance maturity of the teams and broader organization; solves for roadblocks and advocates for product teams.
- Ensure agile ways of working are applied for Field Enablement product development/delivery/lifecycle.

**Role Requirements**
- Expertise in deploying Sales performance products such as Roster management, territory alignment, incentive management, call planning, territory design.
- Strong knowledge of sales performance processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and ability to build product roadmaps.
- Agile thinking and agile product delivery.
- Collaborating across boundaries, track record delivering solutions at scale, Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment. Experience in international, complex, and dynamic environments.
- IT Technical Strategy & Planning, Emerging Technology Monitoring, Consulting, Influencing & persuading, Unbossed Leadership, IT Governance, Conceptual / 'Blue sky' thinking, Building High Performing Teams, Vendor Management, Innovative & Analytical Technologies, leveraging technology for business and customer needs, Understanding digital, Financial Management.
- Demonstrated Product Management; Experience working in product teams or digital/tech highly desirable.
- Has a toolkit for product leadership that includes an understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, and OKRs. Experience of delivery through these methods is highly desirable.
- Capability to lead without formal authority. Deep knowledge in Pharma industry. Ability to drive with limited information, willingness to adapt, speak-up and challenge, and take calculated risks.
- Previous experience and strong mindset in continuous improvement and change management, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Needs to be able to work independently and reliably.
