What is The Role: The (Sr) Sales Enablement Specialist (trainer) Inside Sales will design and implement persona-specific training programs to empower Inside Sales Representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles. This role is responsible for ensuring ISRs are equipped to handle high-velocity sales cycles by focusing on key competencies such as prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline management. Leveraging best practices in coaching, continuous learning, and data-driven strategies, the Architect & Trainer will foster a culture of learning and performance excellence within the ISR team. What You Will Be Doing: Persona-Specific Training Development Create and deliver training programs tailored to ISR-specific challenges (e.G., prospecting, objection handling, pipeline management). Implement a blended learning approach, combining role-playing, live coaching, and on-demand content for continuous learning. Coaching and Continuous Learning Lead ongoing coaching sessions to review calls, refine sales techniques, and develop skills. Build a culture of continuous improvement by introducing advanced learning pathways for ISRs at different stages of their careers. Metrics-Driven Enablement Establish and track KPIs such as time to productivity, quota attainment, and lead conversion rates. Use data insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and address gaps in performance. Collaboration and Content Development Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and maintain ISR-specific enablement content (e.G., scripts, playbooks, case studies). Ensure content remains updated to reflect changes in Elastic's product portfolio and market demands. Onboarding Programs Own the ISR onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully prepared to contribute quickly. Develop standardized onboarding modules focused on core ISR competencies. What You Bring With You: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product management, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to function and implement initiatives in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience in executive communications with Google Slides
