**The Role
- You'll be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
- Your mission: identify promising prospects across our various market segments (with a special focus on the U.S.).
- Dive into action by contacting, prospecting, and collaborating with inbound and outbound leads alongside our Account Executives.
- Identify the key decision-makers, understand their needs, and discuss how Freepik can be their solution.
- Ensure the wealth of information about potential clients smoothly transitions into our CRM.
- Take the initiative to analyze prospects' requirements, objections, and the competitive landscape, reporting your insights back to the Sales Manager.
- Above all, meet and exceed those sales development objectives

**Your Profile
- Possess that commercial mindset and fearlessness when communicating with prospects.
- You're not just interested in closing deals; you're excited by the prospect of it.
- Your written and verbal communication skills? Top-notch.
- You're no stranger to CRM tools; we work with Salesforce.
- Initiative-taking is your middle name.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and goal-oriented. Determined, tenacious, and hardworking. A master multitasker, skilled at prioritizing and managing time effectively. Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment. A team player and self-motivator.

**Bonus Points
- We value enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more than specific experience.
- While prior experience in sales development/new sales opportunities is a plus, especially in a SaaS-based company or digital environment, it's not a deal-breaker.
- Proven success in roles with weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives is music to our ears.
- Proficiency with the Google Workspace Suite is a plus.
- If you have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns, that's fantastic.
- Having a college/university degree is a nice touch; it signals your ability to set objectives and achieve them.
