En Link Mobility Spain buscamos administrativos que además puedan atender el teléfono y dar una atención a nuestros clientes. Te enseñaremos los productos de telecomunicaciones que ofertamos a empresas para entender las posibles llamadas que recibimos y cómo solucionar las incidencias que puedan surgir.

Link Mobility Spain pertenece al Grupo Link Mobility, con sede en Noruega, donde ofrecemos nuestros servicios de plataformas conversacionales a las empresas de la región (envíos de sms masivos, chatbots, Whatssap Business, entre otros muchos servicios).

Algunas tareas del puesto son:

- Planificar y analizar el volumen de uso de nuestras plataformas.
- Procesar los envíos electrónicos diarios que solicitan los clientes.
- Apoyo en las campañas de envíos masivos de clientes
- Dar una primera asistencia técnica a los clientes por teléfono y escalar adecuadamente los casos.
- Ayudar en los procesos de alta a nuevos clientes en plataformas
- Ayudar en los procesos de facturación de nuevos clientes
- Documentar procesos relativos al departamento.

Ofrecemos
- Un contrato indefinido a jornada completa en horario de L-J (9h a 18h) y V (9h a 15h), con jornada intensiva en meses de verano.
- Remuneración entre 19K y 23K según perfil
- Sistema de teletrabajo híbrido (2 dias en oficina de Pozuelo de Alarcón y 3 en remoto, a definir por el departamento)
- Beneficios de empleado (ticket restaurante, retribución flexible, seguro médico, entre otras muchas ventajas).
- Necesidad de incorporación el lunes 15 de julio como tarde.

Requisitos obligatorios
- Experiência de cara al público o en atención al cliente de mínimo 2 años
- Inglés B2 (con prueba de nível)
- Conocimientos ofimáticos para trabajos administrativos
